The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the objection/ representation which the petitioner has filed seeking for compassionate appointment.

According to the counsel for petitioners, the petitioner No.2 is the widow of the deceased employee who died in harness on 16.05.2020. According to the petitioners, inspite of the fact that the

petitioner No.2 is the legally wedded wife and the petitioner No.1 is the son born out from the said marriage, the respondent No.4 who said to be the daughter of the second wife of the deceased employee has moved an application for compassionate appointment, which has been opposed and objected to by the petitioners, which the petitioners want to be decided. 3.

To the limited prayer that the petitioners have made, the State counsel does not oppose.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation/ objection that the petitioners have filed so far as their claim for compassionate appointment and also the objection so far as claim of employment by the respondent No.4 is concerned, be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
