Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the Cr.M.P. Perused the application for condonation of delay which is supported by an affidavit. There is delay of 17 days in filing this Cr.M.P. Considering the reasons stated in the application, delay of 17 days in filing Cr.M.P. is condoned.

Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal. Perused the statement of PW-1 the injured.

Considering the same, application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to register the case as acquittal appeal. Respondents are already been represented, therefore no further notice

is required.

Respondents are directed to furnish bail bond of Rs.25,000/- and surety each in the like sum before the learned court below within a period of one month so as to secure their presence before this court as and when needed.
