1. The present writ petition has been filed claiming for the following reliefs:- "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to entrust the enquiry to some higher officials of the department.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to lead evidence (Audio-Video) in support of her allegations and further to give opportunity cross examine the concerned persons.

2. Prime facie, this Court is of the opinion that the grievance raised by the petitioner is not one which is not in any manner adversely affecting the service conditions attached to the post on which the petitioner is discharging the duty. Therefore, the writ petition under the service roster would not be maintainable at this juncture. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in the event of any action which is detrimental to the service conditions of the petitioner at a later stage, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
