Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Center Ganjar to Primary Health Center Sahajpani on a different Block. It is contended that the petitioner's husband is working at Block Bagbahara, therefore, a request was made to keep both the husband & wife at one place. It is further contended that the petitioner is carrying pregnancy of 5 months, therefore, she may be kept with her husband at one place. He referred to the document Annexure P-5, which shows that the petitioner is carrying pregnancy of 5 months. 2.

Perused the documents. It appears that the petitioner's husband namely Hemraj is also working at Bakma, Block Bagbahara. Further the documents

filed by the petitioner shows that she is carrying pregnancy of 5 months. Considering the same, it is directed that if the petitioner makes a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 15 days, the same shall be considered and decided by the Committee within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till then the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
