Heard Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with the change of circumstances, though the compensation has been paid to the petitioners but the compensation is not adequate according to Chhattisgarh Rehabilitation Policy 2007. Therefore, the petitioners, at this stage, want to withdraw this petition to file a better constituted petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
