1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.6&7 in ensuring that service book as also the updated GPF passbook of the petitioner is sent to the present place of posting i.e. at Surajpur.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred to Surajpur in the year, 2019. Before that, he was posted at Manendragarh District Koriya. Before coming to Manendragarh he was working at Ramanujganj District Balrampur and his service book and

-2updated GPF passbook has not been received from both the said places where the petitioner was earlier posted.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.5 to 7 to ensure that service book and updated GPF passbook of the petitioner is forwarded to the present place of posting at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
