Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while the instant petition was filed, the Debt Recovery Tribunal was not functional, however, as of now, the Debt Recovery Tribunal is functioning, therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal within a period of thirty days. Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Considering the fact that the DRT was not functional, therefore, till the petition is filed before the DRT within a period of 30 days, there shall be stay of the order dated 12.10.2020.
