1. This petition is not brought against any specific order passed by the learned Family Court, however, a direction is sought to expedite the proceeding pending before the Family Court.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of at motion stage. As the normal functioning of the Courts are suspended for the present, but soon the physical hearing in the Courts are to be resumed, therefore, the learned Family Court is directed to take up the matter and expedite the proceeding and it should be taken care that the proceeding be
