This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.329/2019, registered at Police Station - Kawardha, District - Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376, 506, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first bail application M.Cr.C. No. 5059 of 2019 was dismissed as withdrawn on 03.09.2019. The second bail application M.Cr.C. No. 8172 of 2019 was again dismissed as withdrawn on 23.03.2020. The third bail application M.Cr.C. 3627 of 2020 has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 22.06.2020.

Considering that earlier bail application of this applicant has been dismissed on merit and on perusal of the contents of the present application for grant of bail, there appears to be no new ground made out and that no new circumstances is present, therefore, this application is dismissed and disposed off at admission stage itself.
