1. The claim of the petitioner is for appropriate direction to the respondents for considering his application for compassionate appointment.
2. Facts of the case is that father of the petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher (P) and died in harness on 17.10.2017. The petitioner thereafter moved an application on 14.11.2017 seeking compassionate appointment. The respondents till date have not taken any decision on the said application. The petitioner at this juncture submits that respondent authorities may consider the case of the petitioner for appointment commensurate to the qualification that the petitioner has and petitioner is also ready to accept employment as a Panchayat Secretary or even as against any of the Class-IV post that are available in the department.
3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent No. 3 to 5 take an appropriate decision in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent No. 3 to 5 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
