1. Heard.
2. Since both the applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being heard and decided by this common order.
3. These are the applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.186/2020, registered at Police Station Ramanujganj District Balrampur Ramanujganj C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 392 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.
4. The applicants were involved in trafficking of victim, a destitute woman aged about 27 years. She was taken to Udaipur, Chattarpur (M.P.). As per the victim's statement, the accused persons were talking between themselves that it will fetch ₹ 2 Lakh for them.
5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail at this stage.
