Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation for regularisation has been dismissed on the ground of his absence from duty from 01/09/2005 to 31/10/2005 whereas this Court in WPS No.4572/2014 ( Arun Meshram v. Chhattisgarh State Ware House Corporation and others) has granted relief to the petitioner and therefore, the respondents may be directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondents in the light of decision of this Court in WPS No.4572/2014 which shall be considered and decided by the respondents within two months from the date of receipt representation on its own merits by a reasoned and speaking order without being influenced by order dated 13/07/2019. 3.
