Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 31/07/2019 Heard

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that compensation amount of the land acquisition of Rs. 12,24,210/- has been deposited, the same is not released and no reason exists for non release of the amount and despite the notice given to the authority the amount eventually is not released.

2. Perused the document, which shows that Rs. 12,24,210/- was

deposited with the Land Acquisition Officer therefore prima facie no dispute exists with respect to quantum of amount of compensation to be paid. The petitioner is directed to furnish the particulars of the Bank account within a period of 1 week to the respondents, thereafter, the amount of compensation shall be released forthwith within a period of further 10 days.
