By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, the petitioner is praying for the issuance of direction against the Respondent Authority for releasing pension of the Petitioner's late husband, namely, Pitambar Samunde, who was performing his duty as a Safai Kamgaar under the employment of Municipal Corporation, Raipur, as he died during the course of his employment on 19.08.2010.

At the out set, it appears that the petitioner has already approached the concerned Authority by moving a representation dated 05.08.2021 i.e., after 11 years of the death of her husband. Since the representation is already under consideration before the said authority, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition, at this stage.
