1. A request letter has been received from the Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Balrampur at Ramanujganj, C.G. praying for extension of time for disposing off the Case No.45/2020 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while disposing off Cr.R. No.645/2020 on 04.03.2021 directed the learned Board to expedite the matter and conclude the proceeding as soon as possible within an outer limit of 06 months.

3. Considered on the reasons that are mentioned in the request letter and being satisfied with the same, I feel inclined to allow the request made.

4. A further extension of 04 months' time is granted to the learned Board for concluding the proceeding in the case mentioned hereinabove.
