It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondents have filed a complaint against the petitioners under Section 12 read with Section 18, 19, 20, 22, & 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, which is pending since the date of filing i.e. on 30.08.2018. An order has been passed directing grant of interim

maintenance dated 20.03.2019, subsequent to which, the respondents are not taking any interest in the progress of the said complaint proceeding, whereas, the petitioners are feeling harassed, therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued to the learned Court below for expediting the proceeding in the case concerned. 2.

After considering on the submissions, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The learned Court below is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case No. 813 of 2018, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, District - Durg (C.G.) and expedite the same and conclude it at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from today.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
