The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 30/07/2016 transferring the petitioner from Sonhut, Koriya to Janakpur, Baikunthpur, District Koriya. Perusal of the case filed, it reveals that there is an interim order passed in favour of the petitioner and as such the petitioner must have by now complied with the order of transfer. 2ds.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that maintaining status quo as exists today, the present writ petition is disposed off reserving the right of the respondents to pass fresh order of transfer in case of administrative exigency so arises.
