The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 389/2016 registered in Police Station Patharia, District Mungeli (CG) for offence punishable under sections 294, 312, 323, 498-A, 506-B, 494 & 307 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was made by Ishwari Kurre on 9/11/2016 that the applicant had kept another girl namely Pinky as second wife and while she was pregnant forcefully administered some tablet for termination of the pregnancy. Thereafter, on 9/11/2016 poured kerosene oil and tried to set her ablaze which was intervened by father and mother of the applicant and she was saved. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on trivial issue the incident happened and father and wife of the applicant have filed no objection for grant of bail to the applicant. He submits that exaggerated statement have been made, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perusal of the case diary shows that father Jawahar Kurre, mother Devki Kurre and sister of the applicant Kiran Jangde has deposed against the applicant. Considering the same, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
