The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that, on account of health condition she has repeatedly made representation to the respondents for transferring her from Mungeli to Bilaspur, but till date no decision has been taken by the respondents. 2.

According to the petitioner, she has been working at Mungeli since 2011 and as such has put in more than 8 years of service at Mungeli.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, this court is of the opinion that in addition to the representation which the petitioner has already made, let a fresh representation be made within a period of 15 days from today to the respondent No.2 and the respondent No.2, in turn, shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with rules and policy of the State Govt. so far as transfer is concerned at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
