This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.19/2013 registered at Police Station Dantewada, District Dantewada (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 435 & 395 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3, 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application.
