1. the limited relief that the petitioner seeks in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for considering his application for grant of employment in terms of the rehabilitation policy framed the State Govt. dated 20.10.2004 in respect of Naxalite affected family.

2. According to the petitioner, he had made an application for the same as early as on 13.12.2019 and he has also repeatedly made reminders to the respondents but till date the application has not been decided.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner seeks and the issue

involved, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider and decide the application of petitioner on its own merits strictly in accordance with the policy governing the field at the earliest, preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
