1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in service on the post of labour in accordance with the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008.
2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the higher authorities in the department has already recommended the case of the petitioner for regularization considering his length of service.
-23. The limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is not by the State counsel.
4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in service in accordance with circular dated 05.03.2008 and also the recommendation made in favour of the petitioner by the department.
5. Let a decision be taken at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
