1. Heard.

2. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.104/2019 registered at Police Station Marwahi, DistrictGaurela Pendra Marwahi (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 376(छ), 506(ए) 323, 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The applicants along with two other accused persons have committed rape, one after another, with a deaf and dumb prosecutrix, aged about 22 years.

4. Learned counsel for the State would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is not inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
