1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be the inaction in not providing peaceful vacant possession of Shop i.e. Shop No. 1 at Sanjay Taran Puskar inspite of allotment of the shop being made in favour of the petitioner way back in the year, 2007.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has repeatedly been approaching the respondents for handing over the shop to him but till date he has not been able to receive any favorable order.

3. The counsel for the respondent no..3 appearing on advance copy submits that it is a case where the Municipal Corporation has already issued a letter to the respondent No.4 for vacating the said premises and at the same time the representation of the petitioner which is pending before the respondent No.3 shall also be decided on merits at the earliest.

Given the said submissions by the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days. At the same time the respondent No.3 shall also take necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of law governing the field so far as the alleged illegal occupation of Shop No.1 by the respondent No.4 is concerned.
