1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the action on the part of the respondent no.4 in the issuance of a notice dated 28.10.2020.

2. Today, during the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the

respondent no.4 submits that the said notice dated 28.10.2020 Annexure P-1 was inadvertently issued and the authorities have already passed an order on 29.10.2020 withdrawing the same.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the withdrawal of the notice dated 28.10.2020 has also been communicated to the petitioners.

4. Given the fact that the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 28.10.2020 has been withdrawn by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioners as of now does not survive.
