1. After arguing for sometime, Mr. Atanu Ghosh, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application at this stage. However, he prays that since applicant is in jail since 20.06.2021, hence, a direction be issued to trial Court for concluding the trial at the earliest.

2. In view of submission made by learned counsel for applicant, application is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
