No. 73/2021 framing charge under Section 376(2)(n) of Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant revison petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
