This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.557/2015, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 409,420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 IPC. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in detention since 8.11.2015 and police have filed charge sheet which is pending before the C.J.M. Raipur. He submits that the applicant is the first offender. He was Manager of the said Tours

and Travels. The said Tours and Travels was owned by 2 partners. The applicant is innocent. He has acted as per instructions of the owners of the said Tours and Travels. All the papers were not seized from the present applicant,therefore, the applicant may be granted bail.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application. He submits that the applicant and the coaccused have taken Rs. 46, 01,000/- from various people for their journey and prepared fabricated documents.

I have heard the counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material.

On due consideration of the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the material collected, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

Consequently, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
