1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.327/2020 registered at Police Station Urga, District Korba for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 324 of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The applicant has caused stab injury to injured Rameshwar by means of knife.

4. Learned counsel for the State would oppose the prayer for

MCRC No. 8229 of 2020 grant of bail.

5. Considering that the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class and the applicant is in jail since 14.10.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed as also for the reason that there being no previous criminal antecedents and the applicant is the first offender, I am inclined to release him on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
