The challenge in the present writ petition is to disciplinary action initiated against the petitioner and dismissing him from service. 2.

At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy available to him under the Cooperative Societies Act. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the same, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.

Subject to the petitioner approaching the concerned authorities under the Act, the authorities are expected to take into consideration all the grounds and the contentions and the evidences that the petitioner shall adduce in support of his claim. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
