Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to the appellant to surrender himself and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court on the same day.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, the appellant, if so advised, may surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court and if such application is filed, the concerned trial Court shall consider and decide the same as early as possible preferably on the same day.
