Considering the fact that earlier two bail applications have been rejected on the specific ground that there being 5 eye witnesses who have specifically deposed before the Trial Court having witnessed the applicant assaulting the deceased, this Court is of the opinion that no case for grant of bail has been made out. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.

Trial Court, however, is directed to ensure that trial is concluded at the earliest.
