Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for demarcation of his land is pending consideration before the respondent authorities since 11.04.2018 that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider petitioner's application and take effective steps for demarcation of his land expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order excluding the rainy season. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
