First Bail Application i.e. MCRC No. 3576/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12/07/2021.

2) The applicant is in jail since 18/02/2021 in connection with Crime No. 22/2021 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Jagdalpur, District Bastar (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 376, 493, 370, 109/34 of Indian Penal Code.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
