The present writ petition has been filed against the transfer order of the petitioner, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the office of District Education Officer, Surajpur to the Higher Secondary School, Umeshwarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner underwent a major surgery, therefore the transfer of the petitioner may be cancelled.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.2-Collector, Surajpur within a period of 2 weeks from today and the respondent No.2 in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
