The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 17.10.2020 in connection with Crime No.223/2020 registered at Police StationLailunga, District Raigarh, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6, 10 of C.G. Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act 2004.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.8050 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
