1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.261/2020, registered at Police Station: Tamnar, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506B, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Applicant has caused single incised wound by knife over the person of injured Lalit.
4. Except for the fact that the injury was caused over left side of
MCRC No.8031 of 2020 the chest near nipple, otherwise the injury was not deep.
5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
6. The applicant is in jail since 30-07-2020 i.e. for more than six months and the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, I am inclined to release him on bail.
7. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
