1. Parties have filed a compromise petition. The terms are just. We hereby record the compromise and pass an award in terms of compromise, and order that respondent No.

3-lnsurance Company shall pay the claimants/appellants an additional sum of Rs.

1,72,000/- (In words:

Rupees One Lac Seventy Two Thousands only) by way of compensation within a period of two months from today, failing which interest @ 7% per annum shall be payable till its realization. 'This enhanced amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the concerned Claims Tribunal within the aforesaid period. On such deposit being made, the Claims Tribunal shall disburse the same to the claimants/appellants through their bank account.

Other conditions imposed by the Claims Tribunal will remain intact.

2. A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be sent to the Claims Tribunal along with its record, and a copy of the award gassed today, forthwith.
