1. After arguing for some time, learned Senior Counsel for applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, he submits that as applicants are 75 & 70 years old, a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering regular bail application of applicants on the same day, if filed by them after their surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the prayer made by learned Senior Counsel for applicants.
