Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted work for supply of ready to eat food by Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Services, Surajpur and agreement was executed for a period of five years from 01.04.2016 till 31.03.2021 but vide Annexure - P/1 advertisement has been issued inviting applications for supply of ready to eat food items.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Admittedly, petitioner's agreement has not been terminated and as such there is no cause of action to file this writ petition. In case, notice is issued to the petitioner or his agreement is terminated, he would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
