1. Heard.

2. The present petition is against the transfer of the petitioner from Government Primary School, Shantinagar, Uslapur, Block: Takhatpur

-2to Government Primary School, Devalpara-Ganiyari on administrative ground.

It is contended that the petitioner has been transferred only to accommodate the Respondent No. 7, namely Smt. Anjali Sharma. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the original place of posting of Respondent No. 7 was at Govt. Primary School Devalpa-Ganiyari and she has been allowed to work at Govt. Primary School Shantinagar.

State Counsel submits that the distance from Uslapur to Ganiyari is around 20 Kms.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the distance between the two places being only 20 Kms, this Court do not find any merit in this case to admit the petition as no illegality is shown to exists.

6. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed

7. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a representation to the appropriate authority, if she so wants.
