1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 26.02.2019, considering prima facie case against the applicant.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submitted that time may be framed for the conclusion of the trial.

4. Accordingly, Instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However,

trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within two and half months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. ARJ is directed to send the copy of this order immediately to concerned Court.

6. At this stage counsel for the applicant further submitted that liberty may be given to file the subsequent bail application if the trial is not concluded within stipulated time.

7. Aforesaid liberty is granted.
