It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Primary Health Center, Sarona, Block Narharpur to Govt. Primary Health Center, Chargaon, Block Koylibeda, District Kanker which is 90 kms away from the present place of posting. It is contended that the petitioner's husband Satyaprakash Sharma is working as Lecturer at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bundeli. It is submitted that as per transfer policy no.1.10 of the State both the husband and wife are to be kept at the same place, therefore learned counsel submits that transfer of the petitioner may be cancelled.

Perused the document Annexure P-2 certificate which shows that husband of the petitioner is said to be working as Lecturer at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bundeli, Block Narharpur. Taking into fact the policy of the State that normally husband and wife are to be kept at one place, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee which has been constituted to hear against the transfer within a period of 10 days from today explaining all the facts and if such representation is filed, then it may be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. It is directed that till then transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
