The default occurred in the filing of the present writ petition stands ignored. 2.

With the consent of the parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage. 3.

Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 12.7.2019 whereby the service of Petitioner No.1 has been transferred from Primary Health Centre, Tappa to Primary Health Centre, Arjuni and the service of Petitioner No.2 has been transferred from Primary Health Centre, Arjuni to Primary Health Centre, Tappa.

Without entering into the merits of the case, learned Counsel for the Petitioners wants that the Petitioners may be permitted to make a representation to the Respondents and the Respondents in turn may decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

Not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners that they, if so choose, may prefer a detailed representation to the Respondents. Considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the Respondents may decide it as expeditiously as possible.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
