1. The limited relief that the petitioner prays for at this juncture is that though in the light of the order passed by this Court in WPS 3736/2018 which was disposed of on 17.05.2018 the respondents on the representation that the petitioner had made and which the respondents have decided vide the order dated 14.05.2020 the contents of paragraph 5 of the said order needs reconsideration.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now his grievance would be redressed if this Court permits the petitioner to make a representation so far as contents of the paragraph 5 of the order dated 14.05.2020 and the said representation be decided by the authorities at the earliest in accordance with law on due consideration of the contents of the representation that the petitioner shall make.

3. To this limited relief sought for, State counsel does not oppose.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make representation so far as contents of the paragraph 5 of the order dated 14.05.2020 is concerned and respondents in turn shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is directed to make a representation within two weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
