1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, (F.T.C.), District- Kabirdham, C.G. praying for extension of time granted by this Court to dispose off the Sessions Case no.351 of 2020.

2. This Court had while disposing of the M.Cr.C. No.8296 of 2020 on 04.03.2021 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial in the case within a period of 06 months.

3. After considering the reasons that are mentioned in the request letter, I feel inclined to allow the request made.

4. A further extension of 03 months' time is granted to the learned trial Court for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
