1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 07/06/2019 sent by the Civil Judge, Class-I, Khairagarh for extension of time to decide Civil Suit No. 83-A/1984.

2. This Court vide order dated 26/02/2019 had granted a time of three months to learned Civil Judge, Class-I, Khairagarh to dispose of the Civil Suit No. 83-A/1984, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the lower Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 45 days is granted to learned Civil Judge, Class-I, Khairagarh to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-today basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
