This petition has been brought with a prayer for modifying the typographical error in the order passed by this Court. It is submitted that the crime number is mentioned as 203/2017 which should have been 203/2018. 2.

The State has no objection.

Verified from the record of the MCRC No.4511 of 2018. The certified copy of the order rejecting bail passed by the concerned Sessions Court mentioned Crime No.203/2018 which makes it clear that typographical error was committed while passing of order in this Court. Hence, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that in order dated 09-07-2018 passed in MCRC No.4511 of 2018 the crime number mentioned as 203/2017, registered at Police Station - Ratanpur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) be read as Crime No.203/2018, registered at Police Station - Ratanpur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) hereinafter.
