1. This case has been listed in office reference.

2. Vide order dated 28.03.2019 passed in CRR No.71/2019 this Court had granted four months time to the Family Court, Durg to decide the application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C of the Applicant.

3. Now, vide request letter dated 18.07.2019 sent by First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Durg, Chhattisgarh, further two months time has been sought to decide the said application

pending in Criminal Case No.334/2017.

4. After due consideration, further two months time is granted to the Family Court, Durg to decide the said application under Section 127 of the Cr. P.C pending in Criminal Case No.334/2017.
