Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has worked under the "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna" and constructed different houses under the direction of respondent no.2 and despite the work was completed in all respects, the entire amount has not been paid to him. It is further contended that initially a writ petition bearing WPC No.1339/2019 was filed wherein this Court by order dated 09.04.2019 has directed that the representation filed by the petitioner be decided and according to the petitioner even after such representation has been decided, still the amount of more than Rs.33,000/- remains due.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner, this Court in exercise of the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot order for payment of

amount which appears to be disputed or not admitted. The petitioner shall have liberty to avail appropriate remedy available to him under the law. 3.
